Free Standing Signs

PYLON SIGNS

Pylon signs are the main signs used to identify a business. These signs are usual 15 feet to 60 feet tall, are mounted to single or dual steel poles that are set in deep concrete footing and have the school's, churches, or business's branding on a large aluminum and steel cabinet. They have faces made of poly carbonate plastic, flex faces (vinyl) or aluminum faces that can be routed to show the logo or have channel letters mounted t o the caibnet. Some signs will have decorative aluminum pole covers to give the sign a complete look and hide the steel pole.

Monument Signs

A monument sign is a low-profile, freestanding sign that's usually placed at ground level to display information for drivers and passersby to see quickly. Monument signs are often used to identify a building's name, address, or tenants, or to mark the entrance. They can be designed to match the building or to reflect a company's branding.

Channel Letters and Channel Cabinets

Face Lit Channel Letters

Face lit channel letters are great options for building signage. CAD files are used to program a specialized letter machine to bend aluminum coil to the size and shape needed. They have poly carbonate faces with digital print are interior lit with white LEDS or RGB LEDs and can be directly mounted to the building or mounted to a rectangular raceway that will be painted to match building fascia.

Halo Lit Channel Letters

Halo lit or rear lit letters are made from aluminum or steel and are fabricated by routing faces, bending letter sides or returns then welding those pieces together. The LEDs are installed on the inside of the letter, a clear poly carbonate backer is added with 1 inch threaded rod stand offs and then mounted directly to the building or mounted to a backer panel. These type of letters are more labor intensive and do cost more than face lit letters, but the high end look can not be beat.

Channel Cabinet

Channel Cabinets are built like channel letters with CAD files and letter benders. They can be shapped into intricate logos and match company brands. These cabinets are also interior lit with white LEDs and usually installed with channel letters.
